Natural & Relaxed...
For me, the best photographs come from the most natural moments. That’s why I’ll always make sure that photography never takes over proceedings. My photographs will complement and capture the day exactly as it happens.
You can, of course, count on me to take charge when required. I’ll quickly organise the family or bridal party when it comes time for the more traditional types of pictures but for the majority of the day – I’ll keep the photos relaxed and natural.

Getting to know you better is the secret to capturing truly authentic photographs that not only show you at your best but your personalities too. That’s why I always offer to meet up with my couples in person whenever possible.
In your consultation meeting and pre-wedding questionnaire, you get the chance to come clean on your relationships with your friends and family so that when the day arrives I can capture images of all of you that are filled with deeper meaning.

PRE-WEDDING PHOTOSHOOT -
Capturing the love you share...
Cameras have this crazy effect of scaring the pants off of most of us! It can turn even the most confident of people shy and self-conscious but the best photographers can instantly fix that problem.
At Carn Patrick, I promise to put you at ease. I want to help you to relax, have fun and just be yourselves – so that on your wedding day the photographs can be something that adds to the excitement of the day not take away from it.
During a Pre-shoot, I’ll teach you how to look and feel amazing in front of the camera so that you can be confident when the big day finally comes around. I’ll keep it natural, fun and relaxed meaning you’ll have gorgeous images that show off the real you as a couple.
The pre-shoots take place in a quiet location so that it can be super casual and you don’t have to worry about watchful eyes. It’s just us getting to know each other a little better. You can also bring your dog along if you want to.

Keeping Your photos Safe & Secure...
Worried about your wedding photos being lost? Have you heard horror stories of brides not receiving their wedding photos?
At Carn Patrick, you can be sure that your photos are safe and secure. Every single process has been specifically designed with the security of your wedding photographs in mind.
On the wedding day, every single image is instantly backed up to a secondary source so that in the unlikely event one camera or the memory card was to fail – there would always a back up in place to fall back on. The protection doesn’t stop there either. As soon as your wedding is over – your photographs are immediately backed up to a further two drive systems including a secure online backup for the final images.
With all of this additional security in place, you can be confident your photos are completely protected.

Not all photos make the grade at Carn Patrick Photography and you’ll only see the very best of the best photographs in your Online Gallery.
Each of your photographs is carefully hand-selected from the thousands that I capture on the wedding day and then put through my rigorous refining and retouching process. That means no dark and blurred photographs or any pictures of unwanted double-chins and awkward expressions will find their way into your gallery. What you will see is hundreds of bright and airy, perfectly-timed retouched photographs that show you and everyone else at their very best.
